Seafoam

The Seafoam Series , like the Fragment series, is inspired by the beaches of Hawaii. In this series, however, the colors of the coral sand beaches are combined with the color that you can find in the late afternoon/early evening, when the interior of the barrel of a breaking wave becomes illuminated by the setting sun. Like with other series, the introduction of new techniques moved the series into new territory. The first 3 images feature the new look while the remaining images show where it all started. With this particular series, I still come back to the original look because I love the simple elegance of it.
